so today mcdonalds had this deal where they sold 20 piece mcnuggets for $2.99. we decided to go there after work and pick up dinner on the way home. i think it was the first time i tasted their new “all-white meat” mcnuggets, and i must say, i was a little disappointed. whereas mcnuggets used to have that unique flavor that set it above the competitor’s nuggets, now they seem bland and boring. and all-white meat? i wonder how they accomplished that.. probably added bleach to their standard mixture of chemicals that form the mcnugget. actually, in today’s batch, i found a bone fragment and a piece of cartilage.. after i thought about it for a minute, i decided that it was kind of comforting to know that there is actually meat in the mcnugget. i knew there were a lot of chemicals involved, so i wasnt sure if there was actual meat in it, but now i’m leaning towards the fact that there is. now the question is, what kind of meat? chicken? possibly. possum? possibly. will we ever know? probably not. oh well.
