ok watching american idol could quite possibly be the most painful thing ever. this makes me want to never listen to music again.

i never really got a chance to watch the early rounds of american idol in past seasons.. i just didnt have time to or something. so this time around i was remotely excited to know that i would be able to watch the season premiere. and now i know not to make that mistake again in the future.

it’s not just that they’re really off-pitch, ugly, or poorly-dressed - it’s that they’re completely delusional, and watching them slowly come to the realization that they suck is just a very unpleasant experience for them and me.
