so i came back to nj today and just learned about this whole hot 97 scandal that has been going on. what a bunch of insensitive, heartless idiots. in case you havent heard and dont feel like clicking on that link, the morning show at hot 97 aired a song mocking the victims of the tsunami, and also made statements about “shooting Asians”.. it created quite a stir in the nyc area, resulting in the indefinite suspension of the morning show crew, withdrawl of advertising funding from almost all of their major advertisers, and many permanent loses of hot 97 listeners.
