i hit through the best bucket ever in my life today, and wanted to do a brain dump so next time i hit i’ll know what i should keep in mind.

(pre-swing)
1. make sure grip isnt too strong
2. make sure palms are facing each other
3. no slouching
4. dont bend knees too much
5. dont leave feet open
6. dont leave shoulders open
7. look down and make sure hips are centered over feet
8. drop right shoulder
9. relax

(backswing)
10. bend wrist early
11. keep left elbow straight
12. dont dip club head

(swing)
13. lead swing motion with butt end of club
14. immediately drive left knee out
15. keep left shoulder locked
16. drive right hand through while unhinging wrists
17. keep head in back of ball
18. point at target to keep left wrist from bending
19. follow through

ah, quite interesting. i’ll try to keep a few of those tips in mind when i go to the range (whenever its not disgustingly humid outside). btw, i saw your friend john kim at remnant west (but didnt say anything to him cuz i wasn’t sure if he remembered me), but i did say hi to john park. he was talking to my friend lisa, and she goes “john, you know amy, right?” and he says, “yeah……you’re Phil’s friend.” and i paused, pondering if i should tell him i’m charles’ gf so the next time he IDs me, he’ll know me as “charles’ gf” and not just “phil’s friend”, but instead, i said “yes, you’re right. i’m Phil’s friend.”

it was as awkward as you read it.
